Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, featuring powerful work by artists living with disabilities, supported by ECF Art Centers. Each piece reflects their dedication, talent, and voice. The works are accessibly priced, offering a meaningful chance to collect original art while directly supporting the artists. Gallery hours are Thursday–Saturday, 12–5 PM. Casa Monstruos - The monsters and fantasy landscapes of Jasser Membreno’s Casa Monstuos move between worlds, just like people. In this solo exhibition, the gruesome and whimsical monsters of Membreno’s drawings and paintings step into worlds that ask them to assimilate, find authenticity and give and receive compassion. The first-generation Central American artist draws inspiration from the childhood escapes of 80’s cult films he relied on as a child moving between worlds of school, home and homelands.
